Yes. The Free plan includes 100 submissions per month with an unlimited submission archive — no credit card required. This lets you collect real submissions and see how Forminit fits your workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.

By default, submissions are kept until you delete them. On the Pro plan and higher, Submission Retention lets you pick a retention period per form (30, 90 or 365 days, or a custom period), and Forminit automatically deletes submissions and their uploaded files once that period passes. Spam submissions are always deleted after 30 days.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan or billing cycle anytime. Unused portions of your current plan are typically prorated or credited toward your next billing cycle.

Free includes 1 form, Pro allows 5, Business allows 15, and Volume has no form limit. Each form is its own endpoint with separate submissions, notifications, and settings, and you can create, archive, and manage forms from your dashboard at any time.

When you hit the limit on your plan, your forms will be automatically paused and won't collect new submissions until you either upgrade.

After the first failed payment, we'll notify you via email and attempt the payment again over the following week.

Click Account & Settings in the panel on your Forminit dashboard to manage your account and billing data.

You can cancel at any time from your account page.
