Yes. The Free plan includes 100 submissions per month with an unlimited submission archive, and no credit card is required. This lets you collect real submissions and see how Forminit fits your workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.

By default, submissions are kept until you delete them. On the Pro plan and higher, Submission Retention lets you pick a retention period per form (30, 90 or 365 days, or a custom period), and Forminit automatically deletes submissions and their uploaded files once that period passes. Spam submissions are always deleted after 30 days.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan or billing cycle anytime. Unused portions of your current plan are typically prorated or credited toward your next billing cycle.

Free includes 1 form, Pro allows 15, and Business has no form limit. Each form is its own endpoint with separate submissions, notifications, and settings, and you can create, archive, and manage forms from your dashboard at any time.

It depends on the limit. Monthly submissions: your forms pause and reject new submissions until your monthly allowance renews, or straight away after you upgrade. Submissions sent while a form is paused are not stored or queued, so they can't be recovered. File storage: submissions without files are still accepted, but submissions with file uploads are rejected until you free up storage by deleting submissions or files, or upgrade. Forms: if a downgrade leaves you with more active forms than the new plan allows, Forminit keeps your most active forms collecting and pauses the least active ones.
