  • Dashboard: Resolved an issue where the submission table on form pages was not rendering correctly on mobile devices

  • Slack Notifications: Richer notification messages now include sender location (country, city), submission source with click ID origin (Meta, Google), UTM parameter details, referrer URL, and a direct link to view the submission in the Forminit dashboard
