CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California consumers have a right to knowledge, access, and deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California consumers also have a right to opt out of the sale of their personal information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising their California privacy rights.

Forminit does not sell the personal information of California consumers and does not discriminate in response to privacy rights requests.

You can find more detail about our privacy practices in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • the categories of personal information we collect and where it comes from
  • why we use it
  • whether we disclose it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to

Unless we say otherwise on this page, terms used in this notice have the same meaning as in our Privacy Policy and under the CCPA.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A CALIFORNIA CONSUMER

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA (subject to legal exceptions), including:

Right to know / access: You can request details about the personal information we collect about you, where it comes from, why we use it, who we share it with, and the specific information we hold. Forminit does not sell personal information.

Right to delete: You can ask us to delete your personal information in certain cases. We may keep some information where the law allows (e.g. security, fraud prevention, compliance).

Right to non-discrimination: You won't be treated unfairly for exercising your rights.

Verification: We may need to verify your identity before responding (for example, by asking you to sign in or confirm details). If we can't verify you, we may not be able to fulfil the request.

Account controls: If you have an account, you can manage some privacy choices in your account settings.
